Heather Ellison is an experienced professional in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Training Lead/Training General Manager at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants since December 2015. Previous roles include HR Specialist at Leprino Foods and Training Manager/Area Trainer at Applebee's, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. Heather also managed operations at The Seasons Country Inn and served as a figure skating coach at the Big Rapids Figure Skating Club. Education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both in Human Resources Management from Baker College, along with an Associate's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Ferris State University.
