Richa Yadav has over 15 years of work experience in software engineering. Richa is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Teampay since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Grove Collaborative from 2021 to 2022 and at Chewse from 2019 to 2021, both in the role of Senior Software Engineer. From 2015 to 2019, Richa worked at Cisco as a Software Engineer III. Richa also gained experience as a Software Engineering Intern at Ericsson in 2014. Before that, they worked as a Developer at Jardine Lloyd Thompson in 2011 and as an Agile Developer at Planon India Pvt Ltd. from 2009 to 2011. Richa started their career as a software engineer at 3i infotech in 2007.

Richa Yadav earned a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University. In addition, they obtained the Mirantis Certified Administrator for OpenStack Professional Level certification from Mirantis in June 2015.
