Chris Davies has a diverse work experience across various industries. Chris is currently the Head of Customer Success & Delivery at TeamForm since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Joyn (formerly Delegate Connect) from January 2022 to July 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at Belong, including Head of Design and Customer Service from December 2020 to December 2021, and Head of Sales and Service from April 2018 to November 2020. Chris also worked at Telstra as the Director of Customer Care (Assurance) from July 2016 to April 2018, and as the Director of Strategy and Enablement, Customer Service Delivery from January 2015 to June 2016. Chris served as the Head of Operations Delivery at Jetstar Airways from August 2007 to December 2014. Starting their career at Boston Consulting Group, Chris held positions as a Project Leader from September 2006 to July 2007, and as a Consultant from May 2004 to September 2006. Chris also worked at TELUS as the Manager, Business Transformation from September 2001 to September 2002, and as an Associate at Boston Consulting Group from February 1999 to September 2001.
Chris Davies has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2004. In 1998, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (on Exchange) degree from the University of Southern California. Prior to that, in 1994, Chris obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne. Chris also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc.
