Kaliegh B. has a extensive work experience in the field of IT. Kaliegh started their career as a Student IT Consultant at Western Kentucky University in December 2010, where they provided technical support to faculty, staff, students, and alumni for basic computer problems and software issues. Kaliegh also diagnosed and resolved spyware and malware issues on students' personal computers. In December 2011, they transitioned to the role of IT Helpdesk Consultant, where they provided second-level support via phone and live chat, logging all client interactions in the TeamDynamix (TD) ITSM system and routing tickets to other IT divisions when necessary.

In February 2016, Kaliegh became a Knowledge Coordinator at Western Kentucky University, taking on responsibilities such as leading and supporting the IT Division's knowledge management strategy, coordinating knowledge sharing, and developing a proactive technical outreach program. Kaliegh also created and maintained a knowledge training program for new IT employees.

In April 2019, Kaliegh joined TeamDynamix as a Sales Engineer, utilizing their technical expertise to support the sales team in presenting and demonstrating the company's solutions to clients. In July 2020, they were promoted to the role of Senior Solutions Engineer, where they continued to contribute their technical knowledge and expertise in client engagements. In April 2021, they further advanced their career at TeamDynamix as a Manager, Pre-Sales, overseeing a team and managing pre-sales activities. In September 2022, they were promoted again to the role of Director, Pre-Sales, before finally becoming the Associate Vice President, Pre-Sales in December 2022.
