Sebastián O. has worked for five different companies since 2006. From 2006-2009, they worked as a Conductor de Trenes for Metro de Santiago S.A. and as a Profesor de Matemáticas PSU for Pre-universitario de la FEUC from 2008-2009. From 2009-2013, they worked as an Estudiante en práctica for Besalco Construcciones. From 2013-2015, they worked as an Analista de Calidad for Mas Cerca Contact Center. Finally, from 2015-present, they have worked as a Scrum Master, Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, Jefe de Operaciones, and Analista de Operaciones for Teamcore.

Sebastián O. has an education history that includes a Diplomado en Inteligencia de Negocios from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2021, an Ingeniero en gestión TI from Duoc UC in 2015-2020, and incomplete studies in Construcción Civil from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2005-2010.
