Sue Coutinho is an experienced professional in customer success and training, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at TeamAssurance since January 2019. In this role, Sue engages with clients to support their transition to TeamAssurance's enterprise-wide process and continuous improvement system, ensuring they fully realize the benefits it provides. Prior to this position, Sue worked as an Education Workplace Trainer and Assessor at the National Food Institute from 2016 to April 2020, and as a Skills and Capability Coordinator at Mondelēz International from 1995 to 2015.
