Nicole West currently serves as the Lead Office Manager in NYC for Team8 since October 2022. Prior roles include Intake Coordinator at a Home Care Agency from November 2019 to December 2022 and Intake Supervisor at both Shining Star Home Health Care and the Home Care Industry. Responsibilities included supervising the Intake, Scheduling, Authorization, HR, and Medical Records Departments, as well as coordinating assessments for RNs. Nicole's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Mildred Elley, a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health from Quantum University, and ongoing studies towards a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in International Law and Legal Studies at Berkeley College.
