Jelmer Wind has a diverse work experience in the fields of marketing, digital media, and video production. Jelmer co-founded Team5pm in 2018, serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of a data-driven video agency. Prior to that, Jelmer worked at RTL, where they held various roles including Head of Content and Channels RTL MCN and Senior Development Manager Digital Media. Jelmer was also a Blog Writer for Frankwatching, focusing on online advertising and digital innovation. Jelmer co-founded Companyspot.nl, an innovative start-up, and worked as an Owner from 2009 to 2012. Jelmer also held positions at Job Brokers and PCO Advies, where they served as a Marketing Manager, Channel Manager, and Project Consultant, respectively.

Jelmer Wind holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management from the University of Groningen, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the same university from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, Jelmer also pursued a Master's degree in Communication at Stellenbosch University. Additionally, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in 2010.
