Lisette Sloot has extensive experience in the field of mental health support and education. Since January 2010, Lisette has been with Team050, initially serving as a trainer-coach and later as director, focusing on providing targeted guidance to children and youth with psychiatric issues in home and school settings. In addition, Lisette has been the owner of De Zorgfabriek since November 2012, which stands out in the staffing industry by employing individuals with backgrounds in healthcare. Previous roles include being a board member and participant in the steering committee for new members at JNO from January 2014 to December 2017. From January 2006 to January 2010, Lisette worked at AWBZ - PGB as a guide for children, youth, and adults with psychiatric challenges and served as a team leader at FID from 2008 to 2009. Earlier experience includes teaching in special education at primary schools from September 2007 to February 2008. Lisette holds a Bachelor's degree from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
