Alvin Mendoza Delgado is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in communications and infrastructure support. Currently serving as Communications Team Leader and UC Engineer at Team Venti since February 2019, Alvin manages and supports Skype for Business hosted environments and direct routing configurations. Prior to this role, Alvin worked as an IT Consultant at AXEN IT Consulting from May 2011 to February 2019, where responsibilities included implementing, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server and Office 365. Alvin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies and an Associate's degree in Information Technologies from Universidad Tecnológica Santa Catarina.
