Kathryn Murphy is a skilled NETA III Test Technician at Utilities Instrumentation Service, Inc. since September 2016, specializing in commissioning, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical apparatus in accordance with NETA and IEEE standards, with particular expertise in low and medium voltage devices. In addition, Kathryn has substantial experience as a Journeyman Electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) since May 2012, working in residential, commercial, and light industrial sectors.
