Laura Gustafson currently serves as the Vice President and Executive Director at TEAM - The Experts In Association Management. Prior to joining TEAM, Laura worked as an Executive Recruiter at Rowbottom Partners, where Laura recruited Information Systems and Software Engineering candidates for client companies, negotiated salaries, and strengthened business relationships. Before that, Laura held the position of Inside Sales Representative at Gardner Bender, managing sales responsibilities and providing solutions to clients. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
