Vicky Hatton has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vicky started their career as a Junior Hairdresser at Karen's Hair Design in 2002 and worked there until 2005. In 2005, they joined Clinique as a Beauty Consultant and remained there until 2007. Vicky then transitioned into the recruitment field and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CBL Recruitment from 2007 to 2008. Vicky further advanced their career and joined Randstad Education as a Senior Recruitment Consultant from 2008 to 2019. In 2019, Vicky joined Empowering Learning Ltd as a Business Development Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business Development Manager and Intermediate Trainer at Team Teach Ltd, starting in March 2021.

Vicky Hatton completed their secondary education at Reddish Vale Technology College from 1998 to 2003, obtaining their GCSEs. Vicky then pursued their higher education at Nicholls College, where they studied Psychology, Mathematics, and Art from 2003 to 2005, completing their A levels.
