Natalie Cramer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in client success and management. Currently serving as the Lighthouse Customer Success Manager at TEAM Software since November 2021, Natalie previously held the position of Client Success Manager at MobileUp from December 2020 to November 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Sales & Marketing Manager at Folium Biosciences from December 2019 to September 2020 and Director of Development at Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region from June 2017 to December 2019. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from the University of Northern Colorado between 2015 and 2017, and also attended Ferris State University from 2012 to 2014.
