Mike McArdle has extensive experience in facilities management and commercial art. Since April 2010, Mike has worked as a stationary engineer at Team San Jose, where responsibilities include building operations, restoration, and plumbing repairs. Prior to this role, Mike owned and operated Broke Neck Kustoms from November 2004 to January 2011, focusing on commercial art. Mike is also an alumnus of the Academy of Art University.
