Seth Beresford is a licensed realtor at Team Price Real Estate since September 2019, specializing in representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in the greater Austin area, with a record of over 190 transactions across more than 60 zip codes and 15 cities. Prior to this role, Seth served as a legal assistant at LaFave, Wein & Frament, PLLC, and worked in various management and culinary positions, including manager/chef at Conscious Cravings and Kosiner Brothers Organic Food Cart, as well as culinary extern at Union Square Cafe. Seth holds an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Philosophy/Psychology from SUNY New Paltz.
