Regina Watson has built a diverse career with extensive experience in real estate, community service, and healthcare. Currently serving as a member of the Housing Advisory Board for the City of Georgetown since March 2021 and as a Real Estate Agent at Team Price Real Estate since December 2019, Regina guides clients in buying and selling properties while maintaining strong relationships with city officials. Additionally, Regina holds the position of Vice President at Parkview Estates HOA since January 2016, facilitating communication between the HOA, city staff, developers, and local businesses to enhance public safety and infrastructure. Regina's earlier roles include membership in the Mobility Georgetown Citizen Advisory Committee, presidency of a Toastmasters chapter, and serving as Principal at A Remarkable Life where innovative programs for seniors were developed. Regina began a medical career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Lone Star Circle of Care, achieving top patient satisfaction metrics. Educational credentials include a nursing license from Temple College and a degree in Mental Health from CCBC.
