Charles Gilbert has a diverse work experience in the mechanical and engineering industry. Charles has held various roles with different companies throughout their career. Charles started their career as a Service Technician at Trane in 1980 and worked there until 1988. Charles then joined McQuay Service as a Service Technician from 1990 to 1995. After that, they worked at Entech Sales & Service as a Service Sales representative from 2000 to 2005. Charles then served as a Refrigeration Supervisor at KBR, Afghanistan from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they joined Brandt Engineering as a Warranty Supervisor/Ops Manager and worked there from 2006 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Way Mechanical as an Account Executive. Charles's most recent position is at Air Performance Service of Central Texas, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Service Operations at Team Mechanical of Texas starting from April 2023.

Charles Gilbert attended Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology - Okmulgee from 1978 to 1980, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Refrigeration Maintenance Technology.
