Arman Jivani currently serves as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Tencent Americas, focusing on talent acquisition for TiMi Studio, Lightspeed LA, and other divisions in the North American video game industry. Since November 2022, Arman has been involved in hiring across various levels and functions, including engineering and AI research. In addition to this role, Arman is the Founder of The Deep Dark, an outdoor clothing and bags company, and serves on the Advisory Board for Mass Communication and Sports Communication at Texas Wesleyan University. Prior experience includes recruitment roles at Gearbox Entertainment and Digital Artist Management, and a background in account management and finance with The Encompass Group and Capital One. Arman Jivani holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
