Matt Hall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and campaign management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Harbinger since January 2013, Matt's previous roles include Deputy Director of Candidate Operations and Advance for Romney for President from 2011 to 2012, and Director of Operations for Meg Whitman for Governor in 2010. Additionally, Matt held the position of Lead Advance Representative for John McCain's 2008 campaign and worked in Operations - Advance at The White House from May 2006 to January 2008. Matt's academic background includes education from Georgetown University and Yale University.
