Kent McKeaigg has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kent is currently working as the Founder/CEO at Team Gear Flow, where they are revolutionizing the fulfillment process in the decorated apparel industry. Prior to this, they had a significant tenure at OMG, where they held multiple roles including Founder/CEO, Founder/President, and Chairman. Before joining OMG, Kent served as the Director at Worship House Media and as the Student Pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Kent also worked at K-Life Ministries as a Regional Director and Area Director, and at Kanakuk in a leadership role.

Kent McKeaigg attended Enid High School from 1991 to 1994. Following high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Oklahoma State University, graduating in 1998. Additionally, they had an unspecified period of education or training at Focus On the Family.
