Michelle O'Grady, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Michelle is the Founder and CEO of Team Friday, where they lead cross-functional teams in account management, business development, strategy, and partnerships. In this role, they have managed public affairs, digital communication, policy, and collaboration for the CA State Legislative and Grass-top NGO relationships for the statewide Parks Now Coalition/Resources Legacy Fund.

Michelle has also worked as a NextGen Policy Leader at Google and as a Business Development Lead at the Los Angeles Times. At the Los Angeles Times, they created and implemented an eCommerce merchant acquisition sales and implementation strategy. Michelle was responsible for discovering brands, managing vendor product selection and content, and supporting marketing, advertising, and merchandising efforts for District West.

Prior to these roles, Michelle had experience in account management, strategic marketing campaigns, and client communication at RMD Group Inc. for clients such as Ford Motor Co., Walgreens Inc., and Pepsi Co. Michelle also served as an Experiential Manager of Marketing at F. Gaviña and Sons, Inc., where they developed an experiential marketing department and executed strategic event marketing plans. Additionally, they worked in sales and exhibitor relations at Advanstar Communications, where they coordinated with national lifestyle brands and contractors for exhibitor booth presentations.

Michelle's work experience also includes account management and business development at SENS Fabric and being a Tradeshow Director and Tradeshow Associate at the California Market Center. In these roles, they generated sales revenue, implemented marketing and retail programs, booked exhibit space, and exceeded sales goals.

Michelle O'Grady, M.A. completed their Master of Arts degree in Media Psychology from Fielding Graduate University in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Woodbury University in 2006.
