Steven Elliff is an experienced professional in education and support services, currently serving as the Education and Support Service Manager at Team Fostering since October 2015, where responsibilities include promoting children's involvement and strengthening support for care leavers. Previous roles include Project Manager, Fostering Panel Member, and Prince's Trust Team Leader, where Steven led personal development programs for disengaged youth. International experience includes working as an Adventure Education Facilitator in New Zealand and a Senior Instructor in adventure-based learning activities. Steven holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Leicester and a BA in Management Studies.
