Marvin Siu has extensive experience in project management and network engineering. Marvin worked as a Project Manager/Network Engineer Lead at Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc. from 2015. In this role, they were responsible for implementing Defense Health Agency (DHA) Deployment Support Local Area Network/Wireless Local Area Network (LAN/WAN) projects at DoD military treatment facilities (MTFs) with projects valued at $9.5M annually. Their duties included developing and managing master project schedules and scopes, coordinating project meetings, and working with various personnel and integrators.
Prior to that, Marvin worked as a Project Superintendent/Manager for the Medical Systems Infrastructure Modernization (MSIM) branch at the Air Force Medical Operations Agency from 2010 to 2013. Marvin managed the daily operations of the branch, which had a $31M annual budget and supported infrastructure installation projects valued at $340M. Additionally, they oversaw MSIM projects and 26 contracts valued at $5M, ensuring the successful scheduling and management of critical cable and network electronic upgrades.
Marvin Siu attended Wayland Baptist University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Information Technology/Occupational Education.
