Aleksandra Kuzmanović

Head of Software Product Management at Team.ai

Aleksandra Kuzmanović has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Aleksandra is currently serving as the Head of Software Product Management at Team.ai since September 2021. In this role, they are responsible for formulating the product strategy, defining roadmaps, and making decisions in collaboration with the CEO and CPO. Aleksandra has also built a team of 30+ members to deliver innovative and feature-rich products. Prior to this, they worked as a Project and Release Manager at Team.ai from May 2020 to September 2021. In this role, they managed multiple projects, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and ensured efficient delivery of software releases.

Before joining Team.ai, Aleksandra worked at Eurobank Srbija in various roles. From March 2021 to October 2021, they served as the BI and Data Warehouse Unit Supervisor in the DWH and Analytics Department. In this position, they were involved in the implementation of the data warehouse, established processes and procedures for model maintenance, and planned future work scope. From November 2018 to October 2021, they worked as the BI and Reporting Supervisor in the Data Governance Department, where they were responsible for the development and support of regulatory and operational reporting. Prior to this, they held the role of Operational Reporting Supervisor from July 2017 to November 2018 and Quality Assurance Specialist from March 2016 to July 2017.

Aleksandra's earlier work experience includes a role as a Software Developer at BIS d.o.o from January 2011 to March 2016, where they developed a SaaS ERP web informational system for businesses of all sizes.

Overall, Aleksandra Kuzmanović has a strong background in product management, project and release management, data warehousing, reporting, and software development.

Aleksandra Kuzmanović completed their Master's Degree in the Department of Informational Technologies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Aleksandra pursued their education in this field from 2003 to 2010.
