Nancy Nip Rouguine has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance across various industries. Nancy has expertise in streamlining processes and implementing systems such as SAP and PeopleSoft. Nancy has also worked as a Programming Director and Board Member at ACAMS Southern California Chapter, where they focused on providing support, training, and peer interaction in the anti-money laundering community. Additionally, they have experience in client services and business development at IPSA International and Accretive Solutions respectively.

Nancy Nip Rouguine graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from USC Marshall School of Business in 1994. In 2015, they became a member of the University of Southern California's Asian Pacific Alumni Association. Nancy has also obtained several certifications, including Minority Supplier for Southern California and National from the National Minority Supplier Development Council in February 2020, Small Business Certification from the State of California in November 2019, Certified Staffing Professional from the American Staffing Association in 2018, and National Women Business Enterprise Certification from WBENC in January 2018.
