Tyler Washburn has a range of work experiences in various industries. Tyler is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Team 21 Studio, Inc., an Independent Game Development Studio focused on creating virtual reality experiences. Prior to that, they served as an Advisor and Partner Business Director for the same company, leading business operations.

Before joining Team 21 Studio, Tyler co-founded DH Cubed, LLC in 2011, where they developed innovative technology and training to improve dental hygiene ergonomics. As the Co-Founder and Director, they brought the ErgoSharp Sharpening system to market, the first sharpening system that allows hygienists to correctly sharpen their instruments quickly and consistently.

Tyler also has a tenure at Microsoft, where they held roles such as Business Management/Financial Engineering, Service/Business Engineering, and Software Test Engineering. Tyler contributed to various areas of the company and gained expertise in these roles.

Additionally, Tyler worked as a Project Manager at Exotics at Redmond Town Center, a role that lasted for two years. Tyler also held positions as a Software Test Engineer III at Volt Information Sciences, a Test Lead at Denali Advanced Integration, and a Software Test Engineer II at Volt Information Sciences, specializing in hardware testing and defect resolution.

Early in their career, Tyler founded and served as the CEO of AEternal Entertainment, Inc., a company focused on entertainment industry solutions. Tyler also worked as a Network Engineer II at ConneXt and as a Network Administrator at Cogenix.
