Niko Levenetz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Niko started their career in 2008 as an Interviewer in the research field at Sonderforschungsbereich 504 - Mannheim and Forschungsgruppe Wahlen (Institute for Elections Research).
In 2010, they worked as a Startup Consultant at Bluetenzauber, providing guidance and expertise to startup companies.
In 2011, they joined Select Realty Advisors as an Operations & Leasing Manager, responsible for managing operations and property leasing.
From 2012 to 2019, Niko worked at The NPD Group, a global provider of market research information. Niko held roles such as Account Specialist, Account Manager in the Technology Sector, and later became the Director of B2B Partner Management, where they focused on helping North American distributor and reseller partners make better decisions using NPD data and insights.
From 2012 to 2012, they also worked at HGST, a Western Digital company, as the EMEA Tech-Support Team Lead.
In 2019, Niko joined Tealium as a Sr. Account Manager, where they helped clients with data governance and achieving a single view of their customers across all channels.
Niko progressed to becoming the Manager of North America Account Management, Director of Customer Success, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Success Management, Americas at Tealium. In their current role, they ensure the success of Tealium's North America and LATAM clients in delivering world-class omnichannel customer experiences. Niko collaborates closely with partners in support, implementation, education, and strategic expansion to achieve client success.
Niko Levenetz has a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Mannheim. In 2015, they obtained a Business Insights - Bronze Certification from Delta Associates, Inc.
