Before that, Nicolas co-founded idiot. agency, a digital agency specializing in video production, where they successfully created a new B2B offer and garnered press attention. Nicolas also has experience as the CEO and co-founder of CropTheBlock, a profitable video production business with a large client base. Nicolas has worked as a consultant at Courcelles and Polyconseil, and as a Coordinator of New Business Development & Communication at Landor Associates. Nicolas Merlaud completed their MSc in Strategy from ESSEC Business School from 2008 to 2011. Following this, in 2011, they pursued an MBA in Business at Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business.
