Tom Moran is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in customer support, program management, and sustainability. Currently serving as the Director of Marketo Engage Customer Support at Adobe, Tom drives customer engagement while enhancing employee and customer experiences through a disciplined approach. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Teadora, Tom focuses on sustainability and social impact initiatives. Tom's previous tenure at Microsoft spanned over two decades, culminating in roles such as Principal Lead Program Manager, where Tom directed the Office 365 Customer Experience Team, and various leadership positions that enhanced customer and partner experiences. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business & Economics from the University of Puget Sound.
