Aldo de Pape is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the education and publishing sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of genomes.io since January 2018, Aldo has also held the position of TeachPitch since October 2014, focusing on helping educators navigate information abundance through innovative solutions. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at Macmillan Publishers Ltd./Digital Science and Manager of Publishing Operations at Springer Science+Business Media. Aldo’s career began with an international STM trainee position at Springer Science and Business Media and included a role as Digital Product Manager at PCM Media. In addition to hands-on experience, Aldo has an academic background that includes a Masters in General Management from Vlerick Business School and a Masters in History of International Relations from Utrecht University.
