Vani Kapoor has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and human resources. Currently serving as a Call Center Representative at Teachers Federal Credit Union since July 2024, Vani assists members with account inquiries and identifies cross-selling opportunities for financial products. As a Human Resources Administrator at Automated Test Solutions Inc. since November 2023, Vani contributes to HR operations.
