Truman Boyes has a diverse work history in the fields of product design and graphic design. Truman currently holds the position of Product Designer at Teachable, starting in January 2022. Prior to this, Truman worked at SchooLinks from February 2016 to December 2021. During their time at SchooLinks, they played a key role in scaling the company from a small ed-tech startup to a profitable organization with over 25 employees and a user base of over 13 million US students. Truman was responsible for setting the product vision and implementing an 18-month roadmap, resulting in the development of 50+ features. Truman also introduced a design system and UI library into the existing platform. Truman initially joined SchooLinks as a Junior Product Designer in February 2016 and played a crucial role in the company's rebranding and website redesign. Truman also designed the mobile app for Android and iOS and delivered presentations to top educators across the US. Prior to SchooLinks, Truman served as a Marketing and Graphic Design Intern at Pixability in 2015, where they designed presentations and marketing material for various clients. Truman also worked as a Graphic Design Intern at the Jamie Oliver Food Foundation in 2014, creating print and digital promotional materials. Additionally, Truman gained experience as a Web Design Intern at Datadog in 2014, where they developed webpages, promo materials, icons, and motion graphics. Truman also served as a Graphic Design Intern at Major League Ultimate in 2013.
Truman Boyes pursued their education in the field of advertising. Truman first attended Temple University from 2011 to 2013, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree during this period.
