Miguel Marques Leão serves as a Recruitment Coordinator at Teach For Portugal since March 2023, where responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing the application process, and analyzing campaign data to attract young talent to education. Concurrently, Miguel is an Event Organizer at P4P - People 4 People. Prior experience includes roles as a Teacher Training Technician at IPAV, where Miguel focused on empowering young leaders, and as a Volunteer Staff Member at Teach For Portugal, contributing to leadership development and community projects. Miguel's background also encompasses positions in design and marketing, including roles as Vice President at AJE Albergaria and a People Business Partner at FABAMAQ, alongside design consultancy and user research positions.
