Krystal Jacobs is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in recruitment and teaching. As a Recruitment Manager at Teach For America since September 2021, Krystal has played a vital role in identifying and recruiting diverse leaders for educational equity while leveraging data analytics for strategic improvements.
