Fernando Bianchetti has extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as a Global Organizational Development Coach and Consultant at Teach For All since March 2014. Prior to this role, Fernando held various positions at Oracle from May 2009 to July 2013, including HR Regional Director for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and HR Director for Oracle Mexico. Earlier in their career, Fernando worked for Carrier Corporation in Mexico from April 2000 to April 2009, where roles included HR Senior Manager and HR Manager for the Southern Cone. Fernando Bianchetti holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Kennedy and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from Universidad del Salvador, along with training as a Systems Analyst from Universidad Kennedy.
