Phuti Manguba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and digital advisory, human-centered design, and SAP HCM consulting. Currently serving as a Business and Digital Advisory Executive at BCX since October 2023, Phuti is also an Agility Lab Facilitator at The Nature Conservancy, a Human-Centered Design Consultant for both MURAL and LUMA Institute, and holds multiple leadership roles at Barweshi Consulting, including Chief Innovation Officer and CEO. Previous experience includes positions such as IT Strategist at Inch Solution and SAP HCM Manager at SARS. Phuti possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town and has furthered education in social entrepreneurship, design thinking, and executive leadership from prestigious institutions.
