Diana Lung has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Diana began their career as an Account Manager at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in 1984. From there, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Claude Z/B.C.T.C. Corporation, where they managed a showroom and assisted the president of the company. In 1991, they joined Esprit as a Production Manager, overseeing various product categories and private labels for prominent brands. Diana then joined Gymboree, initially working as a Senior Production Manager for the Gymboree brand before becoming the Senior Production Manager for the Shade brand. Diana later assumed the role of Senior Director for Janie & Jack, Janeville, and Outlet Brands, managing product development and production. Diana then joined Tea Collection as the Director of Sourcing and Production, leading a team of production managers and overseeing the sourcing strategy. Overall, Diana Lung has demonstrated a strong track record in sourcing, production, and management across several companies in the fashion industry.

Diana Lung completed a Certificate program in Manufacturing from FIDM. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Southern California.
