Karen Smith is the Chief Executive Officer at Te Roopu Taurima since January 2019. Prior to this role, Karen served as the Development Manager at Ministry of Health from September 2007 to June 2014, and later as the Relationship Manager - Northern at healthAlliance from June 2014 to May 2017. With a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Maori Studies from Massey University, Karen brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector.
