Elaine Inohara Kawasaki is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Programme Coordinator at Te Pou since January 2024. Previously, Elaine held multiple roles at Te Whatu Ora | Te Toka Tumai Auckland, including Business Support Coordinator and Patient Pathway Coordinator in Hospital & Specialist Dentistry from June 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, Elaine worked as a Project Coordinator at Massey University's Institute of Education for several months in early 2022 and as a Senior Programme Coordinator for Massey Executive Development in mid-2021. Elaine began their career in healthcare, initially serving as a Dentist at Trat Dent and later directing operations as a Business Owner at Dental Clin Assistência Odontológica Integrada. Additionally, Elaine owned Alka Biotecnologia Comercio De Cosmeticos from 2006 to 2019. Elaine holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Business Sustainability from Massey University and a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
