Edna Nailea Cordova is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Senior Manager Engineering at TE Connectivity since August 2017. With a background in project management and manufacturing process engineering, Edna has successfully led the transfer of sensor unit processes from the USA to Mexico and has been instrumental in the development of manufacturing processes for New Product Introductions (NPI). Previous roles include Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator at Victor Technologies International, where Edna managed corporate guidelines for continuous improvement and oversaw the transfer of various product processes to Mexico. Edna also held positions at Sonora Forming Technologies and CC Automation, contributing to maintenance and CNC design, respectively. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and an MBA specializing in Finance and Project Management from Universidad del Valle de México.
