Sudarsan Panda currently serves as the Quality Control Function Lead for Lithium Ion Battery at TDS Lithium-Ion Battery Gujarat Private Limited since October 2023. Previously, Sudarsan held the position of Team Manager at Hero MotoCorp from November 2022 to October 2023, focusing on process improvement and warranty analysis. Prior to that, from February 2014 to October 2022, Sudarsan worked as a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included ensuring high-quality product launches and addressing supplier quality issues. Sudarsan also has experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Tata Motors from January 2012 to January 2014, overseeing gearbox quality assurance and inspections. Additionally, Sudarsan began a career as an Engineering Trainee at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. from January 2011 to January 2012, managing production and programming in the engine machine shop.
