Morris J. has had an extensive work experience, starting with a Radio Frequency Performance Engineer role at Alcatel Lucent Technologies in 1995. Morris then moved to Motorola, Arlington Heights, IL in 1998, where they served as a Program Manager, Sr. Systems Engineer, and Cellular Support Engineer. In 2010, Morris J. joined First Data Corporation, Omaha, NE as a Sr. Application Developer, and also began working at IntelliSyn Communications Inc as President and General Manager. In 2011, they began working at AT&T as a Service Manager, and in 2016 they joined the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as a Program/Project Tools and Controls Specialist and Section 508 Program Support. In 2019, Morris J. became a Technical Project Manager at the World Bank Group, and in 2022 they joined TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity) as a Project Manager.

Morris J. attended The Heights School prior to receiving their BBS in Marketing from the University of the District of Columbia in 1983. Morris then went on to receive their MBA in Acute Care Management from The George Washington University in 1986. In 2006, Morris J. received their GWCPM in Project Management from The George Washington University. Finally, they received a Graduate Certificate in Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2015.
