Chris Benson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of HVDC at TDI, focusing on the Champlain Hudson Power Express project. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Operations at POWERBRIDGE LLC, overseeing engineering management and compliance for electric utility projects. Chris also contributed to Siemens Energy as Lead Operations & Maintenance Technician, ensuring the reliability of high voltage transmission systems. Early career roles included operations engineering and technician positions at TBC Operations and Associated Power Solutions, as well as service in the United States Navy as an Engineering Laboratory Technician. Chris holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Quinnipiac University and a Master's in Project Management from Penn State University.
