Sofia Caixado is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TDGI, S.A. since May 2022, Sofia previously held the same role at Lusíadas Saúde from October 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, Sofia worked in various human resources capacities, including a long tenure as a Técnica de Recursos Humanos at DIA PORTUGAL Supermercados from October 2007 to October 2019, and as a Técnica de Recrutamento e Selecção at Carrefour. Early in the career, Sofia gained valuable experience as a Técnica Superior at SCM Nisa and as an Estagiária in both Denci Portugal and PSP. Sofia holds a Licenciatura in Psicologia das Organizações from Universidade Lusófona, which was completed from 1998 to 2003.
