Bozena Jokel, CPA, CMA has a strong accounting and finance background with over 20 years of experience. Bozena began their career at Nitrex Metal Technologies Inc. in 1998, where they served as the Controller and later took on some CFO responsibilities. During their time at Nitrex, Bozena oversaw the full accounting cycle, managed tax and payroll, developed reports, and played a key role in strategic planning.

In 2013, Bozena joined IMT Group as a Controller, reporting directly to the President of the Integrated Manufacturing Group. Bozena implemented performance measures and cost-saving initiatives, achieving significant budgetary savings. Bozena also handled ASPE and IFRS reporting and managed the company's financial functions.

In 2016, Bozena moved to Bodycote, where they served as the Controller for their subsidiary, Nitrex Metal Technologies. Bozena successfully managed the company's transition period and collaborated with Bodycote representatives in transferring finance to Shared Services. Bozena ensured high profitability during the post-acquisition period and also performed day-to-day Controller duties.

Currently, Bozena is working at TDG Transit Design Group Inc since 2017, holding the position of Director of Finance.

Bozena Jokel, CPA, CMA has a diverse education history. Bozena obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics specializing in Accounting and Finance from Uniwersytet Szczeciński. Bozena then pursued further education and became a Certified Management Accountant from the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario in 2009. In November 2013, they obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant certification from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Bozena has demonstrated a commitment to their professional development and has continually pursued additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of accounting.
