John Mark Robles has extensive experience in operations and team leadership, currently serving as Operations Manager I at TDCX since March 2017, following a role as Team Lead. Prior to TDCX, John Mark Robles worked at Results Manila Inc. from June 2009 to March 2017, where positions included Team Lead and Customer Service Representative. John Mark Robles holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Rizal System-Rizal State College, which was awarded in 2009.
