Helen MU has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at TDCX since October 2017, after progressing through roles including Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Senior Recruiter. Prior experience includes freelance headhunting at Renlian Zhihe (Beijing) Consulting and a Talent Resources Specialist position at Ogilvy & Mather, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition for OgilvyPR and managing the Internal Referral Program. Additional roles include headhunter/internal recruiter at Morgan Philips Greater China and HR Specialist at Sidel. Helen MU holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Central South University of Forestry and Technology, obtained in 2008.
