Girish Hariharan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in derivative operations and financial services. Currently serving as Group Manager - OTC Derivative Confirmations at TD Securities since September 2020, Girish leads an 18-member global team focused on process innovation, automation, and system implementation within Global Equity, Interest Rates, and Credit Derivative Operations. Previous roles at TD include Team Manager II and Operations Analyst II, where significant contributions were made in automating workflows and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to TD Securities, Girish held positions at Indiabulls Asset Reconstruction Company Limited and JM Financial Asset Reconstruction Company Pvt. Ltd., focusing on deal origination, securitization, and debt restructuring. Beginning a career at KPB & Associates as an Article Assistant, Girish holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai and a Professional Competence Examination Certificate from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
