Tobias Schramm began their work experience in 2001 as a CD for YOC AG, where they worked until 2007. In 2007, they started their own company, where they held the role of "My boss." In 2012, Tobias joined trommsdorff + drüner, innovation + marketing consultants GmbH as the Head of Mobile & Campaign. Tobias also briefly worked at TD Marketing Consultants Beijing in 2012 in the same role.

Tobias Schramm attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1996 to 2000, where they received a Diplom degree in Social Sciences. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1996, they studied at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, earning a Diplom in Sozialwissenschaften. Tobias Schramm also attended Gymnasium Wentorf, although the dates and degrees obtained are not specified.
